What My Conclusion Was After All!

My conclusion in this project was that the bigger candle had turned out to be burning faster than the other. I really don't think it was because of the brand. I think it was because the bigger candle was more rounded. Since the smaller candle is taller and longer it will take more time for the wax to melt and evaporate. Therefore my results came out to be that the bigger candle won the smaller candle. I hope you try this project and that you enjoy my blog. Next time I probably will make a new blog and this time make it more fun. As an example I will put more new pictures, questions, and more! Thank you people for supporting me and encouraging myself by viewing how many people read my blogs.

Steps for Candle Racing

In this post we are going to discuss the steps of this project.

Step 1: You will need the materials ( Candles, scissors, marker, notebook, lighter, ruler, and a plate).
Step 2: Then you will next grab the candles, scissors, marker, and ruler.
Step 3: After Step 2 you will now get the candles and measure the wicks with the ruler and make sure it is equal.
Step 4: Then you will cut the left over of the wicks that you don't need.
Step 5: Then you will mark the with a marker where you will want both wicks to stop burning.
Step 6: Then you will put your time watch to a certain time.
Step 7: After the time is stopped you will record your results in the notebook.
Step 8: You will do this same process till you think your conclusion is right.
These are the steps to the project. I hope you find your conclusion and that this process works.

Candles!

In this post we are looking for what candles are made of and the estimated time that a candle stops burning. Candles are made by wax. They are mainly used for light and scent. According to some results it turns out that smaller candles with smaller wicks will burn with an estimated time of 7-9 hours, per ounce used. Then with a big candled it is estimated that it will burn longer than the smaller candle. Therefore that's why we need to have all candles same size and make sure that the wicks are equal sized. Now you probably want to know is what keeps the wicks of the candle going? Well actually the wicks in the candle is held by all the wax. While the wicks is burning the wax is melting down. This is just half of my statement. The next blog will be more!

Introduction

Today I'm going to write about my blog and why it's called Candle Race. I am writing about a Candle Race because i wanted to write about my science project in class. The explanation of Candle Race is to see which candle melts faster between the different brands and colors. I will have to buy 4 different candles that are different colors.
Then I
will need a stop watch and something that I can put under the candles that way the counter top won't get dirty by wax. My partner and I will see which color will melt faster. Then we will time the candles to see which went faster. I guarantee that you will like my blog about the Candle Race. Hope you found my introduction "Okay". It is my first time writing a blog!
